Mikhail began his managerial career in 2000, sequentially holding CTO positions with Ford Motor Company, was chief engineer with OOO Wrigley and director with USG Building Systems RUS.  He has vast experience in the execution and successful completion ofGreenfieldprojects and the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice in various industries.  Mikhail graduated with an Engineering degree (1997), and with a Ph.D. (2000) fromSt. PetersburgTechnicalUniversity(formerly Leningrad Polytechnic Institute) specializing in electro physics and high-voltage engineering.
