Vladimir Gaydamaka
Director on capital construction
Vladimir is an experienced industrial manager. Over the last 20 years he has held management and executive positions in various industries. Among other positions he has been the Chief Engineer with JSC “Baltiysky Zavod” (Shipbuilding Yard) in St.Petersburg and Managing
Director of ООО “Tikhvin Ferroalloy Smelting Plant” (Leningrad region).
Vladimir was trained as a shipbuilding engineer at the Sevastopol Instrumentation Institute (Ukraine) (1979).
Also, Vladimir is also the recipient of several prestigious state awards given in recognition of his achievements and leadership.
In Terwingo Vladimir is responsible for the construction of a contemporary sawing wire manufacturing plant in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) near Lipetsk (Russian Federation).
